A comprehensive quality plan is prepared for each of our projects. The quality plan is project-specific and defines quality controls necessary for achieving our quality objectives. The plan considers possible construction defects, their frequency and severity and their impact on performance and durability of our final product. The plan then addresses methods to prevent possible defects. Also, the plan outlines techniques to mitigate the impact of defects should they occur.
At a minimum every project quality plan will include the following:
» Work instructions
» Approved materials and their technical specifications
» Equipment and tools
» Material storage and chain of custody
» Designated quality inspector and his/her qualifications
» Workmen qualifications
» Sub-contractor qualifications
» Quality inspection procedures
» Documentation of non-conformances
