Mr. G. Damodar Reddy (68) is a retired Superintendent Engineer from Irrigation Department with an illustrious career spanning 38 years of service. He has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University. He has executed number of projects, particularly in Irrigation sector during his stint with various state government departments. He has in depth knowledge in planning/scheduling, progress monitoring of various civil engineering works. He has also been looking after the client/government relations for Ratna.

Mr. S.B.V. Vijaya Saradhi (50) has 25 years of experience in the areas of Asset management, Materials management and Marketing. He holds LLB, MBA degrees and PG Diploma in Materials Management. Prior to joining Ratna Infrastructure Projects Pvt. Ltd he worked with electronic and information technology companies in the departments of procurement, inventory and sales. He has been involved in the development of marketing strategies and many techo-commercial negotiations. At Ratna he monitors the purchase of Materials, Machinery, Equipment & Vehicles etc. required for all the sites.
