Ratna Infrastructure Projects Private Ltd (RIPPL) is headed by Mr.M.M.L.Narasimham as its Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). Mr.Narasimham graduated in Civil Engineering from CBIT, Osmania University, Hyderabad with distinction. He is a visionary with an uncompromising spirit on principles and an eye for detail. He has foreseen the importance of forging alliances with established leaders with critical capabilities and successfully built partnerships which helped RIPPL foray into various sectors like Irrigation, Mining, Roads & Buildings and in executing critical projects. His dynamism and leadership qualities have drawn the best of professionals from different fields who bring together their rich knowledge and expertise to the common platform. They undertake and execute jobs ably supporting and supplementing the effort of the CMD under whose stewardship the company's growth is scaling new heights from its current business volume.

Mrs. Sarala holds a B.Sc degree. She has been associated with the company since its incorporation. She has been a strong support to the company and a key contributor to the company's growth.

Ms.Spoorthy graduated in Civil Engineering from CBIT, Osmania University, Hyderabad with distinction. Inspired by her visionary father she joined RIPPL and has been serving as Director since June 2009. Being a quick learner she has successfully completed induction and training in a short period of time and is now directing the operations of RIPPL. To further improve and build on her capabilities she joined Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and acquired an MBA in Strategy&Leadership and Finance. As a young leader with sound Management principles she is instrumental in strengthening the existing alliances and forging new alliances in tapping core competencies to enable RIPPL's foray into new areas. She is responsible for implementation and adaptation of modern systems to make RIPPL competitive and plan, design, acquire, monitor and execute projects with excellence.
